How much is a glass — is that like a cup? Using matcha is brilliant!
Glass it is 250 milliliters 🙂
Hi,
Looks lovely!
would this work in a gluten and dairy free version? Thanks!
This cake is dairy free and egg-free, but I use regular wheat flour.
If you want to bake gluten-free you can use amaranth flour, add two tablespoons of potato flour
and one tablespoon of ground flax seed.
Dough without gluten have a more loose consistency ( fragile) so it is better to divide the dough into two portions
and bake in two molds 🙂
This looks SO yum !
Thank you 🙂
