I do not know as you but I’m waiting for the sun. In the meantime I prepare the paste of frozen green peas and I listen to Jim Morrison. It’s healthy, delicious, quick to prepare and of course green.
Ingredients:
glass frozen peas – 200 grams
1/2 glass water
tablespoon olive oil
a few leaves of mint or basil
clove of garlic
pinch of salt
a little bit of lemon juice
on top:
chilly peper
capers
Recipe:

Put the the peas and water to the pot and cook for 3 minutes.
Cover the pot and leave it for 5 minutes.
Put the everything to the blender and the paste is ready.

LOL at that part listening to Jim Morrison. I’m sure it helped with the seasoning and made the green peas more delicious. What a healthy diet!
