approximately 30 dates
Recipe :
Dates put into the water the day before; pour out the water, discard the seeds and mix together milk and dates

You decide how sweet it will be. If you give a lot of dates, it will be very sweet, but you can give only a few then it will not be very sweet. You need to experiment;)
